Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas

Currently, we only deliver within Germany. Our shipping costs are as follows:

Delivery within Germany

For orders of €80 or more: Free shipping
For orders under €80: €6.95

Delivery to German islands

Surcharge €10 (regardless of order value)

Delivery Times

Germany (excluding islands): 2-3 working days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping Provider

Shipping is carried out by our partner UPS, known for its reliable delivery and fast shipping times.
UPS delivery days are Monday to Friday and Saturday (in selected areas), excluding public holidays. UPS makes up to three delivery attempts to your address on regular UPS delivery days. After the final attempt, undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender.
