If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return items under the following conditions:

Return Period & Condition

• You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Items with signs of use or damaged packaging are excluded from exchange.
• You can use our cancellation form for the return.

Return Costs

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

Refund

• After successfully inspecting the return, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used.
