If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return items under the following conditions:
Return Period & Condition
- You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Items with signs of use or damaged packaging are excluded from exchange.
- You can use our cancellation form for the return.
Return Costs
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

Refund
- After successfully inspecting the return, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used.
- If the goods do not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
